Delete your Pokémon Companion account

You can request deletion of your Pokémon Companion account and the personal data we store for it.

How to request deletion

1. Email ajblaj@gmail.com from the same address as your app account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Pokémon Companion account.
3. We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

We delete your Firebase account profile, contacts, direct messages, saved preferences, location shares, and other data stored under your user ID in Pokémon Companion.

What may be kept

Anonymous community contributions (for example, reported gym locations without personal identifiers) may remain. Bug reports you submitted may be kept in anonymised form for support history.
